Overview for 3M™ 5419
3M™ 5419 tape is a translucent polyimide film insulation tape coated on one side with a silicone adhesive. It offers unique and extremely low electrostatic discharge properties for gold edge protection during wave soldering of printed circuit boards.
Electrically insulating 5419 tape is available in non-standard slit rolls, sheets and custom shapes.
